I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.

I called on a Monday morning and they were able to book me in for an appointment the following morning. I subsequently had work done in a kind and professional manner, alleviating my concerns and being grateful for finding a dental office that put my fears to rest. I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.
