What a great experience!! I asked about a problem I was having with my central vacuum system not turning off. I was provided with two possible issues and an approach to test which one it might be. I followed the suggestion, discovered the issue with the circuit board and proceeded to fix it. Extremely helpful free advice that ended with a solution. Thanks so much!!!

I drove 3 hours to bring my dog for surgery due to a recommendation. I was definitely not disappointed! Dr.Toms initial consultation was excellent and he made sure the surgery getting performed was needed and also the correct surgery. I was kept informed throughout the day and when I picked him up Dr.Tom made sure that I had everything I needed and explained what he had done and what to do and watch for in the future. And at the end of it all the bill was $1200.00 less than expected! Great vet!

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. My dogs thought they were home and not in a boarding kennel. Clean, warm, environment and I was not charged a late fee when I phoned to tell them I was going to be late, because my flight was delayed and my plane landed late. The owner Theresa was kind and understanding. Boarding with Jones kennels was so stress free, it was wonderful.
