The manager/owner (I think he's also the owner) is outstanding in his business practices and how he treats his customers. He shocked me with something he did that was totally unsolicited on my part. I didn't ask him for any favours — he just did one, and it was a big one.
If you're looking to patronize a business like Island Traders, it deserves you as a customer.

I had the chance to watch Courtenay Appliances and see their new customers leaving the showroom with beaming smiles, and recurring customers becoming life-long friends. I was even invited to a customer's house to celebrate their new appliances over a huge Christmas Dinner! I'm thankful to have been able to work with Courtenay Appliances and I know you will be too! I just had them come out to repair 2 older coin washers.
They arrived at the appointed time, were very professional and found several different issues and repaired them all.
Parts were in the van, so both machines were back in service in 2 hours.
The costs were very fair and reasonable.
