This is a place where you can get good food, and at a reasonable price. Small and cozy, the waitresses take care in providing you with what you need, and they serve excellent fish. About the only complaint is that they were not using actual wasabi, but that is hard to get in Winnipeg, so it's understandable. Another point is that they do not have a house sauce, which is one of the things that help diferentiate between different sushi places. I would go here again and again.

The only thing better than the feeling of warmth and family from the room to the staff is the delicious home made food and the Appleton/carrot juice...a must experience and I will certainly return on each and every trip to Winnipeg.

I do not ususally post reviews. However this is one of the finest, not just Indian but overall the best restaurant in Winnipeg. The taste is as authentic Indian as it gets. I like the thing that they have not changed the taste to accomodate for the canadian market but keeping it true as to how Indian food should taste. This is probably my 5th visit in 2 months.

We had the Prime Rib and it was every bit as good as in any 5 star restaurant. The server was delightful and a lot of fun. We will definitely return to this restaurant.

Hi....At approximately noon today (Saturday, March 10) I came through the drive thru at this particular Tim Hortons. A person by the name of Ike answered the drive thru order board. He identified himself and was VERY FRIENDLY and I really enjoyed ordering from him. He could speak English fluently and it was a nice experience dealing with him at the drive thru at Tim Hortons. He really made my day. It would be nice if all Tim Hortons personal were as PR friendly as he was. Please pass on to him that he was really welcomed by myself at this location. A lot of flavour at a very reasonable price for a large NY slice.The sesame seeds on the crust of the pepperoni pizza were amazing. Definitely in my top 3 in the city and possibly #1 new favourite spot. Definitely going to be eating there again soon.

The food is great and always great. It never waivers. But there are some flaws. Tonight, the soup was not even lukewarm; it was cool. When I sent it back, it was returned to me just as cool as the first time. Soup needs to be HOT. The service is dicey. One visit, you couldn't ask for more. The next visit, you couldn't ask for worse. Unfortunately, tonight was the poor service. Thank goodness you can always depend on a great meal.

We had a party of roughly 30 people and they were very organized even though it must have been mayhem in the kitchen. Our waitress was cool under pressure and when our food came,it was just as i ordered as my New York Steak came out med-rare as i ordered and the veggies were fresh and crisp and everything was seasoned perfectly. I asked all of my guests,their thoughts on the food and it was about the same answer,as in excellent and they would be coming back in the future. I can't wait to go back and try the Indian dishes. We all moved into the lounge after for some drinks and conversation and had a great time. I would recommend this eatery to anyone who LOVES quality food and GREAT hosts!
