Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. Of all the Starbucks I have visited the Upper James location if by far the BEST!!!!

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.
