A couple of years ago my car needed a muffler. The price my dealer quoted seemed high so I contacted Tim. Bottomline, he was able to replace the entire muffler system at a lower cost and in a timely manner.
I've relied on Tim and his team numerous times since for regular maintenance as well as recommending/supplying new winter tires.
Tim's superior level of customer service is consistent and he is honest and fair. I would recommend him enthusiastically to all.

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. Unexpected vehicle problems left us stranded in Banff. Mountain Men Mechanics are open on the weekend and were terrific at getting us back on the road as soon as they could. Very satisfied!

Well Julio and his team took those worries away. With patience they found the issues, fixed it a reasonable cost and saved the parts to show me what happened.
