The staff is amazing as they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After shopping here, I do not buy my dog food or dog treats anywhere else. If they do not have the answer to your questions, they will refer you to someone more knowledgeable or will look it up for you. They truly care about the well-being of my dogs and know them by name. Pet Planet is about the most personal a pet store can be as they keep track of what you buy, ask you how you and your pet are doing. Please do not believe the nasty comment but instead check Pet Planet out for yourself and then decide. Keep up the good work!

Ed and his staff know what they are doing. I am so happy with the service that I received to get my truck and horse trailer's electrical problems fixed. He showed me where the previous owner of my trailer cut out the fuse box and how it was a serious fire hazard in my camperized unit. Also, I was so thankful that he recommended putting a solenoid in my truck so my trailer could not draw anymore power from the truck battery when parked. He explained everything to me so kindly. Highly recommend!

The Introduction to Hypnosis training was an incredible course. I typically struggle with a classroom type setting so thankfully this was super unique and engaging. I have never focused on learning so much in my entire life and came out of it feeling confident, excited and really admiring the delivery and even more so the content. Huge personal gains as well as opened up doors professionally.

Central Alberta Pregnancy Centre made me feel very welcomed and accepted and the other parents in a special program they sponsored. I shared my past with everyone and no one ever judged me, they just supported me. I have even made some good friends through taking this class. We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features. Above all, staff at the Red Deer location are very pleasant and provide great feedback and advice!!
