I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had.

I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! I highly recommend these guys for repair work - you'll be very happy with the result!

I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.

Called to speak with Paul,was told he retired.I requested an oil change for my 2015 Rav 4,Mo the new owner was very friendly and understanding, got my oil changed,he swapped my rear wheels that were put on incorrectly as oer tire rotation, fixed my front bumper that was backed into at square one parking garage.I will also bring my aluminum boat and motor to be looked at,great service

I called today (Saturday) at 11:00 am to ask if I could bring my car in as my back tire was low. They told me to come in at 11:30. I did that and my tire had a nail in it and they repaired it. I was gone by 12:00. I was thoroughly impressed by the politeness of the staff. I will definitely go there again. Too bad the business name doesn't indicate they do more than just tires. I would have gone there for oil changes, too. Excellent experience and I have already recommended them.

This summer my son was biking on the street. As he wanted to impress everyone he let go of the handlebar. He lost control and scratched the entire side of a new pick up truck. Getting estimates car star was less than half the cost to repair compared to the dealer. The vehicle looked brand-new plus had full warranty on the job for the end of the lease Inspection.

Went in for a watch battery, ended up buying two estate pieces. I found a ring exactly like my grandmothers, old style diamonds, absolutely beautiful, and they worked out a great deal. As well as that, I bought a emerald bracelet for my daughter. The ladies let me know that if she didn't like it she could come back and exchange it for something else, needless to say my daughter loves it. I will most definitely be back to this store, the staff were great, and the prices are excellent.

I went to 9 different shops and all could not take me in. Now I have a 1966 Mercury and it's my baby. It's always in my line of sight. I wanted to stay with my car, but Mario put me at ease and looked after it like it was his. He had to change the passenger rear axle bearing and u joints. Surprisingly the shop is well equipped and Mario knows his craft. He not only fixed my baby I was impressed at the fact that he knew exactly to do, I left my car in great hands! Thank you Mario!!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
