My son locked his keys in his car and I am over an hour away. He answered right away, assured me he could be there shortly, gave me a time frame and was even there a bit earlier and get him unlocked in no time. Highly recommend!

The entire experience at Cowbell is excellent, from the restaurant with very good food, to the bar overlooking the brewery, to the store with a great selection of merch and beer. Hazy Days IPA is one of the best around!

Bonnie is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. Over the years, she has helped me recover from several injuries, work related body strain/ headaches, and pregnancy. On top of her impressive anatomical knowledge and incredible skills, she is approachable, professional, and willing to listen. John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!

Went to Thyme on 21 on a Wednesday night in aug 2010. We didn't have a res but the owner graciously accommodated our party of five.
Food and service were world class.
Would definitely go there again, it was a memorable evening. A gem in Southwest Ontario.

Sorry guys, forgot to come back to clear this up. Called Mike/Joe regarding issue and they sent the technician to my home to correct the work, further issues were found so everything was taken back to the shop and the job was completed well. Thanks for taking care of the issue, mistakes are made but they stood up and corrected the issues to my satisfaction. Thank you Mike and Joe.
