Easily the best place to eat north of London Ontario. We go on vacation every year to Bayfield and stop by for a meal on the way up and on the way back. We started going in 1995, and the food and service has been great every time. Can't wait to go back in 2010. Gotta love those huge portion sizes and great prices too!!

Would give 10 stars if I could. Arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule and UNDER budget! Had one small issue after a rain (washed out a small corner) and they completed the fix within a day of my calling them back. Have had zero issues since after many more rains. Looks great and has made our home so much easier to maintain. Thanks Greg, Brad and Jamie!

We are extremely pleased that we made the call to K and R Towing when our son broke down (in mom's SUV) at midnight a few days ago! Most tow companies were closed, but K and R answered the phone, gave a reasonable price (for a fairly long tow) and were on the way to pick up the vehicle in mere minutes.
Hopefully this situation doesn't happen again, but if it does, we now know who to call!?? Thank you K and R Towing!

The Best Western Governor's Inn says classy from the moment you pull in the driveway and the lobby and professional staff continues this feeling. From a beautiful lobby to a restaurant/lounge that has the rich, comfortable feel of fine leather (although for the record there was no leather).Our server was attentive, polite and quite pleasant and although it was obvious that she was pushing the buffet there was no problems when I ordered off of the menu. This place gets a perfect 10 when it comes to atmosphere.
I ordered the Governor's Chicken Schnitzel with mashed potatoes and the garden mix. The chicken schnitzel was prepared quite to my liking, cooked to perfection, moist on the inside and the breading was wonderfully crunchy and seasoned perfectly. The mashed potatoes were quite good, fluffy and smooth, and clearly not instant (a pet-peeve of mine is instant potatoes). The garden mix consisted of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green and red pepper slices and was steamed to perfection. I rate this meal a 9 out of 10, nearly flawless.
Overall this restaurant gets 9.5 out of 10 and will say that I will defiantly be eating there again.

The Bruce is a great casual spot to go when visiting Kincardine. The patio has a splendid view of Lake Huron (check out all the sailboats on club night). The wings are wonderful, the service pretty danged good, and the owner-operators are conscientious and courteous. Just remember when you're sitting in such a historic seat, dining out is an experience - if you want drive-thru service, to to a drive-thru!

I needed a bed for company coming over the weekend and the mattress they were to sleep on was on the floor. I went into Sleepers Bed Gallery on Thursday just before noon. Sadie suggested a very attractive and reasonably-priced bed frame that was appropriate for the space. By 2:00 that same afternoon, the bed was delivered and assembled! It was amazing!
I was grateful for all their help and would highly recommend Sleepers to anyone looking for a bed!

Amazing service went above and beyond for our family in a u circumstance putting herself and vehicle out to accommodate for all our muddy camping supplies grumpy 3 year old and rambunctious dog not to mention two bickering parents after a weekend of hell she was a aging light of good that went way out of her way to help she never stopped smiling and never even gave a hint of attitude actually helped us get a place with a local hotel over an hour away from pick up

As a former resident of Goderich, I can speak very highly of this company. They are always there when a taxi is needed. Drivers are amazing people...very courteous, always helping getting packages into and out of the car, no matter the weather. The owner/dispatcher and driver as well, Patti, is truly one of a kind. I would (and have) recommend this taxi service to anyone!!!!

Bernice has great knowledge of colour matching. She spent a great deal of time helping us choose the right colours for our home to match our oak trim. She also recommended we paint our white doors the same colour as the walls to tone the the bright white. To our surprise, it was very rich looking. Thank you Bernice for all your help !! To the lady that commented bad service, you must have been in Exeter !!

We could not believe our luck. This cozy little place had all the ambiance of some of the best restaurants in Europe we've visited.Their wine list was really good with some very affordable choices. The food ranged from the best steak I have ever tasted to a delicious Thai dish enjoyed by several of our friends that contained the largest tiger shrimp I have ever seen. The Chef himself visited our table personally on three occasions to answer questions. Very unique place. We strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Kincardine.

The driver was professional. The truck was in fair repair (some leaking onto our gravel [I'll scrape it up and dispose it]). The gravel delivered was clean and ready to use (around our perimeter). The driver remained on site until the delivery was applied. Nice.
