I used thus service for a very tricky car removal from the second level of an underground parking lot at a condo in Richmond Hill. From the beginning Dave was courteous and respectful, he listed and understood what the situation was and explained a variety of scenarios that might happen. We set up a time to do the removal and his drivers were there when promised and ready to work. I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming.
