Excellent customer service. I have been to this facility several times when I needed something urgently fixed. The owner is courteous and very professional. The quality of work is exceptional, and you are not kept waiting unnecessarily. Besides, their services are very fairly priced. I would recommend this facility anytime.

Exceptional work, service and an overall understanding of my situation. Chrysler CANADA left me stranded after my engine blew up 20 days after my 5 year extended warranty expired. I am an engine builder for over 45 years now. I use Gord for all my machining and some sub-assemblies. Why use Gord, when there are other shops much closer? Because he does the work right every time. Between Gord and I we have built over 20 engines and 40 cylinder heads. This is for vintage race engines on a finicky twin cam engine...I have never had a complaint about the quality or level of service. This is a busy shop. Be prepared to wait in line. But be assured you will not get a better job.

Glen and the team fixed a known issue with my 2015 Mustang, from reading other peoples experiences with this issue it seems hard to diagnose and correct but Glen and the team at Dixie Ford kept at it and finally after replacing some drive train components it is running smooth. Very easy experience, friendly service and provided a rental vehicle as my car needed to stay a few days.

I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! I was very pleased with everything .I always bring my car there for the littlest things now and so does my family!! Staff are very friendly and very good with timing.
