Second trip here. Excellent both times. Amazing Ackee and salt fish. Delicious fish cakes. Incredible Roti and chicken or shrimp or beef or goat or vegetarian. Kathy takes time to explain dishes for those not familiar. A nice change from same old same old. Caribbean dishes/Barbados/Jamaica and ??. Highly highly recommend this eatery. Treat yourself.

It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. This place is easy to miss because its not showy but what a great find. I love the staff and the services. I feel very relaxed and cared for at Body Sense. I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I highly recommend paying the store a visit!

Went in for color and highlights, store was very busy but they fit me in. The staff there was amazing and despite being so incredibly busy, my stylist still gave me fantastic customer service. It feels like a family whenever I go in to have my hair done. There was a few impatient clients in there while I was there and the girls still smiled and were friendly to each and every client.
