I stopped by your store this morning with the intent to purchase just a gift for my neice, however the products that you carry are so unique I had a hard time deciding on what to actually purchase. The staff of The Store Upstairs were extremely helpful, pleasant and outgoing. In the end I walked away with 3 Christmas Gifts, and a very happy customer!

I have had trouble with the transmission shifting and was able to drive into Scenic Motors and they worked on the problem without an appointment....I appreciated the helpful and quick solution.

My furnace was off for a night called in the morning and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and they where able to come help me that morning . The guy explained everything to me and let me know what was going on before he did anything and gave me a few options either to repair or replace .. highly recommend everything is working great . I had a wonderful experience dealing with Justin and the Avro team . I had a long section of fence built, a sidewalk, and had a deck built , vinyl and railings installed. They did a great job and did the work fast. We had only 1 tree die and it got replaced right away. I will use Avro again and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks you avro
