We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. Before getting my teeth whitened professionally, I had tried doing it at home with whitening toothpaste or special kits. The results were okay, but I knew I could get better results at a dental clinic. After, putting it off for a couple of years, I finally decided to take the plunge and schedule an appointment.
My experience at Rosedale Family Dental Clinic was outstanding from the time I arrived to the time I left. From the moment I first walked into the office I was amazed by how warm and inviting the office space was. It did not have the cold, sterile environment I had experienced at other dental offices. I knew right away that this was not going to be a typical dental appointment. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease.
Rosedale Family Dental Care is definitely my new choice for all of my future dental procedures. The overall feel of the office was nice and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to answer my questions. Dr. Archer was professional and very friendly. I am so happy that I choose to get my teeth whitened at Rosedale Family Dental Care.
