My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. I received my quote the next day & work commenced the next week. I added additional work to be done & even with the additional work they stayed within a very tight time frame & completed. Now my neighbours walk by & taking pictures of the finished job as it looks absolutely outstanding. Gary was a pleasure to work with & any questions or concerns that I had, he dealt with right away.
