5 years ago our cat was hit by a car and it was 11:30pm by the time we found him. When he was barely able to move, we knew that we had to get him some care and fast. Our normal vet was closed and there seemed to be few options. Then, looking in the Yellow Pages, we found the ad for Vancouver Animal Emergency Clinic and thank goodness we did. As it turned out, our cat was in shock and suffering from a broken pelvis and a dislocated hip. Without the expert care and fast response of the veterinarians at the Animal ER it is likely that our cat would not have made it until morning. The caring staff ensured that they got him the care that he needed overnight until we was stable enough to be transferred to our vet for further treatment. The fact that he is dozing in the chair beside me today, 5 years later, is testament to the wonderful care provided at the Animal ER. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to deal with a sick or injured animal you love and don't know where to turn, call the Animal ER.

One of the best and reliable Family GP in the town. She is thorough knowledgeable and down to the earth person. Our family is under her care for almost 8 years. She is so attentive and listen to you ,diagnose your health issues correctly and prescribe with appropriate treatment. Often refer to the specialist if there is any need for it. I was recently treated by Dr. M. Reskovich for an emergency tooth extraction. The extraction was of a molar and turned into a full surgical procedure, including bone augmentation. This was my first visit to Dr. Reskovich's practice. I am a retired dentist myself and I cannot emphasize enough about the skill, care and attention I received. Dr. Reskovich and his staff were most professional and truly caring. Dr. Reskovich administered the needle very gently and his hands were most skilled as he tackled a difficult extraction with patience. The office was clean and bright; the staff were cheerful and accommodating. Last week I had an appointment for a denture adjustment with Dr. Vignault but a few days before the appointment I also had a molar that was bothering me. It was going to be extracted in the future but it was bothering me now. I asked Dr. Vignault if he could take care of it as I walked into the appointment. He said no problem and had it out within 15 minutes with absolutely no pain. He took care to surface numb the area first where the needle for the freezing was to be injected so I did not feel it go in. Previous dentists I have gone to never did this and I always felt the pinch of the needle which was to me the worst part. I felt no pinch and no pain when the tooth came out. I actually didn't know it was out until he told me it was. I appreciate the fast service and care. Thank you.

I love this place! The staff are amazing, and make you feel SO comfortable. They make every effort to talk to you and explain things in detail if need be. The hygienists are all so gentle, you would never know they were cleaning while they do it. Very trendy location, and decor. Hopefully they get Wi-Fi sometime soon so you can use your phone to watch shows as an alternative to the great TV's they have for each patient room!

Dr. Yee is an absolutely PHENOMENAL dentist!
I haven't had a dental plan in a few years, so I have quite a back-log of procedures/cavities/crowns that need to be attended to. Dr. Yee did a thorough exam the first day I came to him back in March, and listed all the items that needed attention in my mouth, giving me a wide variety of treatment options for all of them. When my dental plan kicked in in August Jeanny was amazing! She went through ALL of the procedures with me and organized them so I got the maximum coverage from my plan with as little out of pocket expense as possible. She did A LOT of foot work for me, as did Dr. Yee, to ensure that my insurance and dental work was completed as efficiently as possible.
Now here's what sets Dr. Yee apart from any other dentist I've been to! One of the procedures I need is gum grafts. They are quite pricey, so I have a plan to complete the work over the next year and a bit with my insurer, again, thanks to Jeanny's tireless efforts. As Dr. Yee was preparing to do my first grafts today he saw a problem area next to the teeth to be grafted. Without hesitation, he did an extra graft FREE OF CHARGE to help circumvent future problems for me. If that isn't a caring/proactive dentist I don't know what is. Seriously, Dr. Yee, you've got a patient for life!
So in short, great staff, great doctor, everything was very hygienic, and all the equipment used is cutting edge. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist that actually CARES about the health of your mouth.

The West Kits Dental clinic is absolutely fantastic. I've been going to this dental clinic for 20+ YEARS and must say Dr Mersedeh Shahabaldine is by far the best dentist I've ever had in my entire life.
I needed a partial denture for missing teeth and the denturist Ali Karimi Moosavi was a real pleasure to have worked on my partial ,he's extremely thorough and does excellent professional work ...We love the entire staff ,they are very personable and very pleasant with all communications .

This is a quality clinic all around with very warm, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff from the front desk right to the team of Doctors. So much support for first time moms especially during this time with Covid 19 restrictions. I am thrilled and so happy I made the move from my original clinic to this one. Driving the extra few kms from Maple Ridge to Port Moody is no bother to me. I would highly recommend getting a referral to this clinic as it is in a league all it’s own. ?

Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru.

Brought my toddler in for a cleaning today. Our hygienist was Jas, she did such a great job with my baby. She explained everything and let her touch and play before getting to work. She even had a mini chair ride, it was a success for a first her first visit to this office. I felt like the care, attention, and patience was what help her get settled in the chair and and for her to ca ontinue the appointment. 5 stars for no tears and great prizes after the visit.
