Exceptional staff! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at West Grande Prairie Dental. The front end staff are extremely helpful and good with explaining procedures/ helping book appointments in a pinch (especially Ataya). I saw doctor Tony who comes up there every month or so for my wisdom teeth. I was put to sleep, was very comfortable after. Couldnt have done it any other way, and it cost a fraction of what I was quoted to be put to sleep at another office

Staff is amazing, my first time dealing with them I was definitely not the best customer with the best attitude, but the staff stayed very professional and powered through my horrible attitude and words and still gave me amazing service, been coming back ever since and never once treated less than amazing, today I went in with destroyed glasses and they went to great lengths to get my sight back and gave me a phenomenal deal on a temporary solution, I would definitely recommend these guys

I went to have a filling put in and my Ipod for my music had stopped working so the dentist told her assistant to get there Ipad and put Spotify on it so I could listen to music and be calmer during the procedure. How many dentists out there care that much about a patients comfort level. I will always remember there kindness that day. My dentist for as long as my teeth are in my head.
