I had a negative experience here. They claimed to have done a thorough and proper undercoat in 20 minutes. I later learned that they only sprayed the visible and easy to reach areas (proper undercoat takes 90 minutes).. If you want a proper under coat done- go to oil tech in Midhurst. I needed an alternator for my Honda tested. Checking the reviews online I found Gold Seal had very positive customer experiences. I was not disappointed. I took the unit in and Bob led me back to a “Frankenstein Machine” where he spun up the unit, sparks flying and all, LOL! Told me the voltage regulator was shot. Had a problem with the 60 inch mower deck on my tractor not staying locked in set cut height. Called and made an appointment, meet Frank and discussed the problem. Frank said it would be repaired in a two or three days but would call as soon as it was repaired. In two days was called as promised. The problem with the height mechanism was repaired under warranty. I have now cut the lawn a number of times and the mower stays set at selected height and cuts level. Thankyou. Lire plus
