He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. I have had the same stylist for 23 years. She is always accommodating and takes me and my three girls in back to back when I call to book in on a day that it will work for her. Reasonable price for cut and style. I can’t get a good cut at other salons for that price. The salon is always very clean. They are sticking with all protocols through covid. I’m always pleased with their customer service at the Essa Rd. Location.

5/5 across the board! Not surprised to see Matt getting so many positive shoutouts in the reviews. The guy was extremely informative and by no means pushed the sale at all what so ever. Was extremely quick with every response and got me everything I need to avoid ever paying a gym membership again! Would strongly recommend these guys if the staff are all half as good as Matt was to us!
