Literally dialed the wrong number. Meant to call another guitar store. The owner Mark answered the phone and I apologized for the mix up. He said no problem and asked what I was looking for. Within an hour I had purchased an amp from him. I’m in Ontario and they are shipping free. No pst so I’m saving $$$. He put one of his techs on the phone to help walk me through the product and help me with a decision. These folks are knowledgeable and have a great service structure.

Leslie was GREAT to deal with, she confirmed the date and color beforehand, provided updates throughout the job, asked for feedback and left a gallon of paint for any touch-ups. I thought their work was professional and they were very detailed with the fixes for the marks and holes in the wall. I will definitely use them again for future jobs. We are extremely satisfied with service provided. Very professional body-shop, the communication was outstanding, we were kept in the loop with everything what was going on with car repair. Everything that has been promised was delivered on time. Everything was discussed upfront, with the whole process explanation (we were in the accident under insurance claim). The repair job was done perfectly, the vehicle was brought to the perfect condition as if accident never happened. General manager with the whole team is a pleasure to deal with. They are the best in the city for me!

never received better service in the face of a problem than I received at this Hitch Shop in N Calgary. Our family was heading out on a camping trip & stopped by near closing time with a problem on our hitch/trailer.
The guys (Peter and Terry?) went above & beyond to fix problem & did not hesitate doing all they could to get us back on road again.
Never seen 2 guys so sharp at diagnosing & fixing a technical problem. As efficient as a pit crew ! A big thank you to these guys who made our day

I am 69 and last year left the Dentist I had gone to for 35 years because I felt there was a new emphasis on the money grab and suggestions of ridiculous procedures, $10,000 for two implants to replace a front tooth that had broken off. Tried another Dentist and did not feel much better about there suggestions either. My G.P. recommended his Dentist, Dr. Bueckert at Beddington Dental. I never thought I would write a glowing report about a Dentist, but I am. Absolutely first rate my experience.

March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.
