I called Jason (owner of shop) about a few concerns I had with my car. He was able to accommodate me the next day, and had my parts ordered and car serviced right after inspection. I didn't have to wait long and my car handled like new when I left. He definitely has his customer's best interest at heart. Mechanics like Jason are really hard to come by. The owner is friendly and very reasonable. He is not there to rip you off as most of these shops do. He helped me order OEM pads and rotors at the fraction of the cost offered by BMW. Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
