One of our Technicians got stuck in a snow bank and we called Anchor Towing under a recommendation. We called first thing in the morning and waited all day – at 5:59 PM and the response was - "Not going to happen tonight". I called to speak with the Owner to share our experience and the lady who answered the phone hung up on me. Called back again and she cut me off and said they were too busy and that we were lucky they even said they would haul us out - then hung up on me again.
