Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! This family owned and operated Insurance Brokerage saved us over 35% from the mailed out annual renewal letter from our previous "high profile" company. Eric and Erica are AWESOME!! They really do care about their clients. Eric even went above and beyond to inquire about "rental income insurance" for us. This was never mentioned or suggested in the previous 7 years. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great.
