Always a pleasure to GO TO THE DENTIST. Dr. Pessinis is kind and very understanding. He takes time to assess and ask questions. He is thorough and provides advise and recommendations. This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I had a complicated transaction to complete today with moving from the USA. I went in expecting a nightmare BUT Annika and Elmer complicated the transaction quickly & efficiently. It was a great experience and I thank them for the kindness, patience and professionalism. Sharon also participated in checking all the documentation so nothing was missing. I would highly recommend this office for any insurance or licensing needs.

I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else.
