VERY pleased with the service we received from Amy as well as further input from Mel and Kelly for our home insurance needs. Mel took the time to review our policy and our 15 years of dealing with Co-operators and brought our coverage up to the proper requirements. As a consumer, I can't express how important it is to take the time each year upon renewal to sit down with your broker and review your policy, things change. Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.

Change over in staff within the last year or two and it makes a world of difference to go in and speak to someone who is knowledgeable and appreciates your business! Winnipeg Beach location is by far the friendliest and has been most helpful for our home insurance, MPI and all our toy insurance.
