Polar Air Systems were on top of all that was done and constantly kept in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.

We had an issue with a noisy furnace and could not identify the root of the problem. We called AW Mechanical who came out the next day and replaced the blower motor on the spot which solved the problem. Tony also explained what caused a blower motor in a 4 year old furnace to break down in such a short space of time. It's amazing what we don't know about some of the most expensive and important systems in our homes. Tony was on time and knew his stuff. I definitively recommend AW Mechanical.
