The owner and workers were prompt and provided excellent service! I was impressed by their work ethic. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. The workers cleaned up and completed the work on time. The owner followed up and communicated with me in person and via text as soon as possible. Bechthold Home Improvements provided us with a variety of window options to suit our needs (old windows were drafty). The crew that installed the windows were efficient and cleaned up after the installation was done. The day after the windows were installed, I had to turn down the thermostat as the new windows are working like a charm.

In past years we struggled to get quotes for our windows and door replacement so this was very much appreciated. I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store.
