Ed was quick to respond to my quote request, setting up the first meeting & getting the quote to us. In past years we struggled to get quotes for our windows and door replacement so this was very much appreciated. The whole process was easy & he really listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. The owner and workers were prompt and provided excellent service! I was impressed by their work ethic. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. The workers cleaned up and completed the work on time. The owner followed up and communicated with me in person and via text as soon as possible. If any questions, he addressed them right away and any concerns, he offered to make them right. I would definitely recommend Kreative Aluminum.

I contracted Tony to renovate my basement suite apartment. Excellent quality work at a fair price. Since then Tony has repaired a cracked foundation, done a complete renovation of the upstairs bathroom, installed new Kitchen counter tops and referred me to an excellent roofing contractor and the best company for installing a new driveway. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. I will continue to use him in the future and highly recommend his work.

Broken Window
My wife accidentally cracked a casement window with a watering can, while watering some flowers (obv). City sent someone out to measure and order the custom window. When it came in they installed it. They did exactly what they are supposed to do. Install the window properly, efficiently, with professionalism and at a reasonable cost. I am very happy that the window matches the existing, doesn't leak, opens and closes properly, and everything else it should do.

Bruce, Lynn, Amanda, Reg, Jeanine whom I had dealt with are all amazing. Customer service is definitely above and beyond the norm. They came to my home and refinished my entrance door system and my man garage door to their original lustre. Then they went further and refinished my triple garage doors which were purchased through a company in Guelph to their original colour as they had faded so badly from being exposed to the elements for the past 6 years. Checked 3 other stores for an ipod rechargable player that was on sale before Christmas and no one had one . One store checked the warehouse and said there was none available but Heather that works at that store was the only one to call and see when it would be in .She told me and i was able to get before Christmas.Bigger is not always better.
