Always clean and great staff, however today I went in and they had a huge sign saying free fruit for the kids. Love this, makes shopping so much easier with hungry children. Thank you for being so awesome!!

This comment is overdue. I would like to take a moment to express how very much my husband and I enjoy and appreciate Fisher’s independent in Beaverton. The staff at this store are true professionals and it is clear to us that they enjoy working there.

My husband and I used Pickles & Olives Bistro for our wedding catering this past August. We had a small backyard tent wedding of about 70 people and I am beyond pleased we chose them to prepare our wedding meal. I have lived in Port Perry for 10 years and have never had a bad experience at Vos. The staff is always friendly and engaging. The store is clean and well organized. Produce is fantastic, bread is fresh and meat is great. I especially love when I see Terry and Christine working around the store. They seem like owners that care about their employees, and their patrons.

This is the best grocery store in the area. The store is well stocked, clean, and well lit. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Online order pickup is extremely easy, they are very open and communicate very well when they need to make substitutions, which is rare.
I shop here for all of my groceries and have never had an issue with earning or redeeming my points.
The parking lot is easily accessible from two entrances and is well maintained even in the winter months.

I love shopping at the Independant, EVERYONE, from those that stock the shelves, to those on cash, and everyone in between, are so friendly, polite and courteous it’s ALL done with a smile. If you want something they don't stock they will try and bring it in for you!
The owners don't sit in the office. You will find them stocking shelves or on the floor.

I love Marcel and Heather's cooking, it is the best. Unfortunately when someone else cooks it's not as good. When Marcel cooks I dream of the food all night. The seafood is delicious. I have never had tough seafood. The roast beef melts in your mouth.

November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. The floor was well staffed with friendly and helpful staff and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. I live in Whitby but will definitely shop at this location again.
