whats not to love about the place ok one thing no bathroom but the food certainly speaks for itself and the meat is fresh. the service exceptional. Unlike it's competition in ajax ( the butchers grill) they treat their customers like family, They have been in business for years and this is the reason why great food great service and integrity from the owners and staff makes this place a landmark. I've been coming to Massey's for a long time. Lunches, dinners. The food has always been fresh, and tasty. The servers have always been nice and courteous. The portions are ridiculously large. Pastas, it's two meals. Steak on a kaiser, top with some A1 steak sauce, you're biting into some deliciousness. Their menu specials are usually really good. Just really a nice place to go eat at, at a price range that won't break the bank. Others have complained that they are busy. There's a reason for that. Cause the food is good! Lire plus

I think this place is amazing. Best breakfast food in all of Pickering and Ajax. Service is fast and friendly. Food is hot and prepared just to our liking. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone. (Shame about the other review, I've never had a problem and I've been many times. Actually I'll never go to the Ajax one again. Years ago one of the waitresses reamed one of the bus boys out right in front of our table. Very unprofessional and embarrassing, for us and the poor bus boy!) Lire plus

It's been years since I had been to an East Side's, as I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh, quick, and the service was good. If you are looking for a spot to hang with your friends and watch the game then you definitely need to hit up Whitby St.Louis. They pride themselves on their staff as well as ensuring that any major game that is playing is on every TV. This means hockey, baseball, football, UFC, golf- you name it they have it. Oh and the wings, fries and garlic dip is delicious. My personal favorite is the Hot n Honey wing sauce or the Suicide wing sauce. I would suggest going on Tuesday for wing night, or on Thurs or Fri which is their busiest nights.
