Mandarin is a really excellent place to eat a buffet. They are really kind to you and free refills (water, coke). They give you these mint candy after your visit for free. If you tell them that it is your birthday, they give you a cake piece, sing the happy birthday song and a free picture. Also, they have decorations for you to enjoy and they keep the place very neat. I like how they make food and name the food it’s specific name. The names also say if it is sugar-free, and if it is spicy. They have specific rooms that they assign you to eat and the sign tells you what room it is (Room A, Room b .etc.). The employes are really nice and when you come in, they make you feel welcomed (unless if the lineup is really long and people have reservations). After you are done with your food, you can just leave your plate on your table. You can get a new plate with food on it so you do not have to use the same plate over and over again. In conclusion, you should really go to Mandarin. It is a really excellent buffet to go to. It has crab legs right now and they are really expensive to buy at a store. They have a variety of foods and make their own combinations of foods which is really good. Pros: -Great Service -Free Refills (for certain drinks) -Nice employees -Free mints at the end -Have decorations Cons: -Takes not too long to refill food -Need to make reservations -2 hour limit -Not too many tables Lire plus

Here is my unbiased unpaid for review after visiting the restaurant last night. This is a high quality, high end buffet. Where other buffets people eat at and do not complain because a lower food quality is expected for buffet this restaurant surpassed all my expectations. Myself and my husband went for dinner here to celebrate our anniversary and we had a great time. The crab cakes and wings were delicious. The hunter chicken and sirloin steak were cooked perfectly and tasted good too. The dessert trio snd tiramisu coffee topped it off well. Will definitely go back again. We took our two daughters to the Keg this evening and the food was very good. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were all warm and everything was very flavourful. The kids menu, colouring items and special details (fruit/veg right away) made it a great family location. Our only issue was the service. We spent a lot of time waiting for the server to come check on us and the kids started getting whiny. Lire plus

When you go to chain restaurant, you often get apathy, slow service, and usually something below par. In this case, I was pleasantly surprised. First off, when we were seated, they did the server's name in crayon as many chains do, but also pointed out where the washrooms are and told us explicitly that we could ask any server for anything if she was not visible. The chocolate milkshake was loved by my daughter, and was nice and thick with the extra that didnt make the glass served in the stainless stell container it was made in. We were getting worried about service when our brushetta bread took so long, but the server showed up, and apologized for the delay telling us the original order was not up to par, so they remade it, and because of the delay, it was on the house. WOW - free food and I didnt have to complain at all. The chicken fajita was served sizzling hot and the wings were very good. The atmosphere is typical for a bar and grill, targetting the younger crowd. The staff all wore blue t-shirts with cheeky slogans such as "Please tip well - i know that's not your wife" and the servers are selected for certain assets that goes well beyond statistical coincidence. I would go back with the guys, or a business client, but not really a family place, but the food was very good, service was excellent, and little things like stocking diet redbull as well as the regular blue can, made it a great place to eat. I rated this Keg a 4 but that is a balance of infleucnes because there is a good side and a down side. The good: the cleavage OR the mini-skirts. Notice that checking out some cleavage on young ladies or short skirts is pure entertainment and super. BUt for some very strange reason no waitress has both of them. Its either this or that. What is the story? I dont know. The girls with cleavage have pants, the girls in minis have no cleavage. STRANGE> the other down side is the kids. People, if you have three kids can you ask them to stay at home or leave their baseball caps at home? this is a high class restaurant. There is a burger place around the corner did you mean to take them there? I am not going to come back and order alcohol if there are kids around. The steak was good, the wine was what we wanted and at a reasonable price and my date was the hottest blondie in the whole place but.... (see above) Lire plus

I had been to JJ Japanese Thai beforehand and was never disappointed. This was my third visit and I was more than pleased. The restaurant was nicely decorated with beautiful table linens, wall decorations, and pillows. The servers were kind and attentive. Our server, whose name was Alina, was so kind and friendly, she asked us if there was anything we needed on a consistent basis and also provided free ice cream for being such great customers! Best rib steak ever. Cooked to perfection, but what do you expect at $55 a pop?Allover a good experience. Asked the waiter what was meant by filet-mignon on the bone? He mumbled ( as you should when in doubt) and I never got an intelligent answer. There's tenderloin on the menu as wll and then filet mignon which is tenderloin as well.I spent 50+years in the meat biz, removed thousands of tenderloins but never heard of 'on the bone'...a mystery!
