I have been with this company for years and at 2 different addresses. They have always gone above and beyond - same day delivery, great hours, wonderful staff, great prices. I went online to check what is in their spring water. All levels great. I like it because they take responsibility when things are perfect too. Happy camper here.

I had an issue with my water softener and went into the store for advice. The guys were amazing. They told me what the issue was, showed me how to fix it and supplied the parts. They came through for me when I was in time sensitive situation. I cant thank them enough.

We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now. I would highly recommend Reg and R&A - Great service at a great price, friendly too!
