Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I have been to this location on 2 separate occasions for parts on a Hover upright and a Miele Compact. Not only both times I was greeted immediately and given replacement parts at no cost, I was in and out in under 5 mins.
They have earned all my future personal and business purchases! Incredible service!

Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with.
