This is a large shop with well trained and polite staff. I would not hesitate to return there. I sometimes feel these places are just there to upsell you - not here. They offer good old fair dealing.

I have purchased at least many new vehicles over the years and this has been the very best experience. Kirsten Michieli is a true professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Kal Tire repaired a flat tire for no charge.after Jacks Tire would repair only for a charge.That tire was a part of a set of 4 tires that I bought from Jacks Tire 6 months earlier.From now on I shop at Kal Tire.

I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.

I have had two instances where I have had to ask for help with flat tires in the past year. Once at Christmas and now just yesterday. A family run business who are always doing the best to fit you in even when they are very busy. Kind, courteous and helpful. Get the job done quickly and I would rate this business as the place to go for any automotive work you need taken care of. The experience was as great as their work. Thank you Kal Tire Sechelt.

They always fit me in, fast,friendly service. I feel I get good value for my dollar and they are local! They do most of the maintenance on my 2004 Subaru.....PS it's still going strong at just about 400k. I think that says it all!!
