Green Acres is a family tradition for the last ten years. Each Good Friday and a handful of times throughout the year we travel from Niagara Falls, Ontario to Fort Erie for the sole purpose of eating their fish and chips. The service is always fantastic and the food reasonably priced and excellent. We'll be visiting again this Good Friday and my stomach is already grumbling. My only complaint is that the fish and chips is so good, I never order anything else on the menu. Never-the-less, other family members have and swear by the taste and massive portions.

In 1962 I lived in Welland, the Blue Star was our favourite place to eat. Glad to see it is still around. Will eat there when I get back to town.

I used to go there and everytime i got satisfied with the food as well as with the service they have nice pizzas with enough cheese and we can have to kind of pizza in only one pizza in half and half, thay too have fresh juice and smoothies which taste osm as well as icecream is very tasty i tried double pistachio which was very osm I personally suggest this restaurant to everyone come and have a great dinner here

How do you even begin to acknowledge someone who has taken as much care as Dr. Huq and his team?? I went in to discuss my options for a tummy tuck. Dr. Huq is a master of his work and it shows. The results of my surgery have exceeded my expectations to say the very least. Dr. Huq, Vicki and the rest of the staff, THANK YOU!! Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value!

I took a date there for date night. A nice, large booth was offered to us, very romantic and appealing.
The food was great in my opinion. Portions were very generous, and the flavour was more of a Canadianized Italian than authentic style. We both enjoyed or meal and the real treat came at dessert with the Chocolate Pizza - amazing and worth going again so I can introduce another to this delicacy.
The wine list was surprisingly diverse, a welcome treat. Our server treated us well. Based on my experience I would return to try it out again.

I live in Fonthill and can walk to the Lazy Loon! One of my favourite restaurants for a quick meal after a long day. Enough variety on the menu to satisfy everyone and the service is usually top notch! If there are any issues, you can always speak to a floor manager and get it resolved.
Great selection and reasonable prices.
