This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. I shopped for a jacket today and had a salesperson named Linh. She was so knowledgeable about the waterproof breatheable jackets that I was looking for. She took time to tell me about the various jackets and helped me find just what I was looking for. A great salesperson.

I have been shopping at Bushtukah for probably 10+ years. Always had friendly staff, who were generally pretty knowledgeable, too. If they didn't have an answer, they would find someone who did.
There prices are good, and often have 'specials'. They will bring in a whole pile of a certain product and put a great price on it. So if I needed to buy a tent, sleeping bag, stove, etc. they would usually have at least 1 good quality product at a great price. It is because of this that I tend to find better pricing at Bushtukah than at other stores in the area.

Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help!
