Last week we had to organize a sudden meeting for our project with US clients. Due to lack of time we missed out planning for lunch but thanks to my ‘Opentable’ app Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Chicken Parmigianino, Spring Lamb with red wine that I found Carmelina Restaurant in Woodbine Avenue. Their event catering service for lunch & evening snacks made me & my team proud on my decision. I wonder how I missed looking this food place for last many years. Thank you Abbas for your cooperation & on-time food catering service with delicious Italian food as our guests loved it. This was a sigularly phenomenal experience. All of our food was lick-your-plate excellent. I love their investment in local food producers. Their housemade breads, butters, pastas totally show it. We also were treated to a random complimentary amuse-bouche of a pork terrine with caramelized onions on crostini. Vanilla creme brulee was the single best creme brulee I've ever had--PERFECTLY burnt sugar. Truly amazing prices for food this good. ONLY down thought? Cocktails are expensive and taste like actual booze. Given that I'm normally a fruity liqour drinker, they were hard drinks to swallow! A connaisseur might feel differently. Seriously, best restaurant i have been to! Donatello on Elm in Toronto - the service was sooo good - made very special by our knowlwedgable server! The food - sublime! I highly recommend it! What a night!!! The lamb was perfect, and the seafood pasta in a pernod cream sauce to die for. Such wondeful hosts! OMG!They even wrote Happy Birthday Michelle in chocolate around my tiramisu. Even a snowstorm doesn't keep Toronto diners down, as we discovered last weekend at Jump in January. It was quieter than usual due to the weather, but our food was very good. We had an extremely affable waiter from England. The service started out a bit slow, with water poured and wine ordered but 25 minutes before some bread arrived. If we hadn't been so hungry beforehand we might not have noticed. Otherwise, the food was excellent. The Bacon-Wrapped Boneless Quail appetizer was absolutely delicious. The Wild & Tame Mushroom Soup was good, but as we told our server, it needed some cream to give it more depth and round out the taste. The Mahogany-Glazed Black Cod with Lentils was very good, and my partner had the delicious Beef Tenderloin. We'll come back again, but the pacing is a bit slow, so you can't be in a hurry if you're dining here. Lire plus

From the service by Joel..to the mouthwash in the restaurant. My family and the other 2 families that enjoyed our experience will be calling here our favorite place to eat. The food and environment was amazing. We were catered to even with our noisy children that made it quite difficult all was taken great strides! This is a hidden gem over near the airport on Matheson. A friend of mine works in the area and he suggested it for a Saturday night dinner. We had a great time as the food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, plus the service was very professional. I like places where they have a pride of ownership and this is one where the owners are active in the business, the chef came from the kitchen to check on our meal, and they genuinely appreciated our business. I always enjoy the menu at Milestones. I have one concern. The wine list unbelievably does not have ONE Ontario wine in its selection of wines that are all international. Its hard to believe that in our Niagara region we produce some of the worlds best wines at very good prices and Milestones doesn't have even one red and white available. Please correct this for your customers. Our group were mystified when they looked at the wine list and all agreed this was an oversight at a good restaurant. Lire plus
