Absolutely recommend this shop for any vehicle services. I have tried it a few times already myself and with two different vehicles. The service is outstanding, and the results were very satisfying. Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. I have used these guys multiple times & only once did I end up w/the wrong part & it's not a wonder when that phone doesn't stop ringing cpl'd with the continuous flow of customers walking through the door. The best service I have ever received.
I recently took my wife’s SUV in that was a certified preowned vehicle purchase with extended warranty from another Ford dealer that has a very poor service centre I took it in to Woodbridge and they knocked it out of the park for me and my wife and took care of all the dangerous issues that the vehicle had and even washed it I am blown away by this type of service I thought the service industry was dead but this dealer made me believe again thank you.
