Amazing Dental Office

Dr.Ropeleski has been my dentist since I'm a child-and now I bring my children. I've always received excellent care . All treatments are explained beforehand with an estimate so there are no surprises. The staff is dedicated , friendly and has been the same for many years...making you feel at home and at ease. Meticulous care is taken ,nothing is rushed.

Friendly, funny and fabulous!

I have been a patient at Dr.Rick Ropeleski's dental office for over 25 years! As far as dentists go, he is not your typical specimen - he makes me laugh and feel at ease before he even starts working, and always takes the time to explain in detail the work he plans to do. The lovely receptionist, Linda, goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable each time I visit the office. She is generous with her time, and always willing to lend an ear - far beyond what her professional duties would require. His assistant and hygienist are both friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They are never without a smile and seem to genuinely enjoy their working environment. (And seriously, where else are you treated to a delicious snack, a hot beverage and a warm blanket on a cold winter day? I could almost forget that going to the dentist is supposed to be an unpleasant experience...!)

Excellent overall experience

I have been a patient at Dr. Ropeleski's clinic for over 20 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Ropeleski is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. His team is dedicated to making patients feel comfortable at the clinic. The hygienist consistently spends over an hour per cleaning on each patient. The secretary is extremely well organized and caring. I would recommend this team of professionals to anyone.

Overcharging!!

Every time I see him he seems to find thousands of dollars of work- over my insurance amount and it's never clear what exactly needs to be done and is done. The worse part is that the billing is soooo sketchy. Nothing is clear. The secretary just hand writes numbers on a simple little white piece of paper and she NEVER explains what the numbers represent! She's so arrogant! In the end they treat you like a fool. I must say that this type of behavior appeared after I got insurance- they treat the insurance and not the patient. If your insurance coverage is $2000 they'll be sure you get at least $2000 worth of work per year. I'm now going to my wife's dentist and the billing is so clear and concise. I actually know what's happening!
