I woke up in the middle of the night because my house was absolutly freezing!! I fiddled with the thermostat, by i couldnt get the furnace to kick over and turn on. after a long long night i called royal which i found randomly off the net, explained the situation and how i needed help asap. they come over quickly and diagnosed the issue free of charge. After they gave me the upfront price i agreed and they fixed the issue. Turned out to be an electrical issue - a mouse chewed up a wire - they showed me the culprit and his work. I had a good experiance with royal and would indeed recommend.

I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.
