My son recommended Park Muffler when his shop wasn’t able to repair my muffler. Eddie was so easy to talk to and kind. He gave me some bad news that the repair would need a replacement and it would be higher than my budget. When I told him I couldn’t afford it,. He covered majority of the cost and repaired my vehicle for under $170.

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. I know this place almost 25 years and never had any problem with them. This is family business. I can tell that Ron, Rob and Ryan are the best mechanics in the city. They are nice, experienced and very honest people. I trust them on 100% because they always do their job perfectly well, on time and for the very reasonable price. We had an emergency in the middle of the trip. It was the first big snow storm and Greg was so gentle to help us soon. We spent the whole morning there, he changed the main belt, the joints, he fixed our heating (thanks god, we needed so many times!)... Besides being a very good professional, he was kind to offer us coffee for that cold morning. Where in other place we were given a budget of 3000$ to fix the car, he did it for much less and after 7 months, we are not disappointed. Recommended!!!

I would highly recommend Best Choice automotive. David, Josh and the entire team are excellent. Especially Josh who greets me by my name, that is truly personalized customer service! I use to go to Gateway Toyota, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They recommended that I needed to replace my winter tires because of the tread but in the end, I found out it wasn't necessary. Great service, dropped off on Monday said pick up on Thursday as out of town and wanted winter tires installed. They called next morning to say all complete and repair one tire that had a screw in it at no charge. Maybe other tirecraft just as good but this shop is super friendly and give great service . Purchased new tires for truck , car and holiday trailer over one year and awesome service , competitive price !??
