I am woman over seventy yers old and I have suffered with very thin hair and alopecia for over twenty years. Approximately 5 months ago I went to see Gina for a procedure that is call scalp micro needling. I was scared because it is pricey and I was not sure it worked. I told myself : pretend you are going on a short holiday. Do it!!!! Anyway, after five months I have doubled my hair and I am extremely happy about it. No more bald spots over the crown. Veronica has been my stylist for many years - she's the only one I trust with my hair. At other studios, my hair will look and feel good for a short period of time but eventually the colour dulls/hair gets dry. Veronica always recommends great cuts that grow out beautifully and her colouring technique leaves my hair healthy even months after its been coloured. Best is that she remembers the styles/cuts we've done before and always has great ideas of what to do next.
Bonus - Veronica is a great stylist for men too. She's my brother's stylist too and his hair always looks awesome.

Vivian’s successful business model operates on an appt only basis as noted on website- so attention focused on client. I completely understand need for entrance to be secured to ensure the customer’s confidentiality & safety of anyone in the shop. Both measures allow for a safe, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I appreciate Vivian’s knowledge & willingness to answer all of the questions I posed re hair toppers. Professionalism, knowledge, customer support = excellent assets. Highly recommend.

After having my daughters hair done by a stylist that left her feeling upset and looking ridiculous we called the manager and he was quick to resolve the issue...had her back that day and had it striped out and fixed by another stylist named Ashley....she did an amazing job and we will return to have all our hair needs done by her in the future!!!
