By far the best fish and chips anywhere. My husband and I have travelled extensively and have yet to order fish and chips that were as delicious as the ones served at Vicki's as well as the fish chowder. Very hospitable and we tell our friends about this restaurant and encourage them to take a drive down to Coldbrook - well worth it.

The sauce on the curry shrimp was delicious, not too spicy and very creamy (watch out, not very heart-smart). The caesar salad was homemade, and again, the dressing was just right. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through the area.
On a side note, the name Pasta Jax is somewhat deceiving, I was half expecting a pub-type restaurant and was pleasantly surprised.

I visited at 4pm on a sunny afternoon in June.
What a view and what a menu.
I am allergic to gluten and there was so much on offer.
This is a unique spot.And we need the unique owner run spots where care is taken with the menu.
Good hiring skills on someones
I chose a shrimp poor boy special. Which was layered with plump shrimp tomatoes cabbage and mayo.
Served with home roasted potato wedges. Plenty of delicious food. Perfect portion size. Friendly informed staff too.

Perfect spot, we sat outside on the patio under the shade and trees and I had the best tasting fish and chips since I left the UK. Plus a friendly server - well trained as she came by enough to make sure we were happy, but not enough to bug us. My only demerit was the coffee could have been a little stronger.
